📦 Delivery

⏱️ What are the shipping times?
We prepare each order within 48 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
In mainland France. For other destinations, contact us at info@ineessance.fr


✨ Personalization

🧵 Are all products customizable?
Personalization is only available on products marked as such (comforters, swaddles, capes, etc.). You can choose your name, font, and thread color.

❗Can I change the first name after validation?
No. Please double check your text: personalized items are custom-made and cannot be modified or refunded , except in the event of a defect.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

📬 Can I return a product?
Yes, if the item is not personalized , within 14 days after receipt. It must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

🚫 What about personalized products?
They are neither returned nor exchanged , except in the event of a defect. Contact us within 5 days if necessary, with supporting photo.

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal. All payments are secure.
